Refund and Returns Policy

On delivery, please check your goods and notify us within 48 hours of signing for the goods using the contact form here or emailing info@onlinefixings.co.uk with any requests to return the goods. We like a chat so if you have any issues – give us a call first on  0330 678 2718.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items, in addition the consumer will have to bear the full costs of returning the goods in case of withdraw. Any items returned must be adequately packed for protection and in the same packaging and condition that they were dispatched in.

When returning an item we strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage from the courier or post office. We can not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once we have received the items back to us we will inspect them and issue the appropriate refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept returns for any used ppe or workwear due to hygiene reasons. Any other returns must be returned in their original state, and in their original packaging from Timco and or us.

All returns are dealt with individually – we will charge the return costs on items ordered wrongly. If it is our error, then we will cover the return costs.
